Westside Building Material is already your go-to source for quality EIFS and other exterior surfacing solutions for construction projects in California and across the Great Basin of Nevada.

Now, with custom tinting options from two of the industry’s most innovative partners—Sto® Corp. and Parex—Westside widens your palette of possibilities much further.

Parex Custom Colors – Design without Limits

When it comes to empowering architects, designers, and builders like you with finishes to express your vision fully, Parex has you more than covered. From sleek and modern to traditional to bold and adventurous, Parex delivers:

  • A vast array of standard colors

Top Tinting Tools and Technology

Having the right materials for the job is one thing. Knowing exactly how to use them is another.

Sto and Parex offer professional color tools and guidelines to ensure the suitability of color choices across various applications and materials. Westside Building Material has product experts on hand to help you understand:

  • Light reflectance values (LRV) – These vary by color and can have potential thermal efficiency implications. Darker colors (LRV >20%) are not recommended for EPS EIFS.
  • Total Solar Reflectance (TSR) – The reflection capability of a pigmented surface, represented as a percentage of solar energy reflected. Using pigments with low absorption allows dark color choices, reducing surface temperatures and maximizing longevity.
